Bret and I bought a house! It is and we are so excited. We have been living with parents for over 9 months now to save money for a house and we are chomping at the bit to get into our new house. We will close escrow in the middle of September and then we will move in after we paint and fix it up just a little bit. It is awesome we love it and hope that everyone will come and visit our new pad! Especially our non-california friends.

This is a view of the family/living room. We are definitely going to paint and change up a few things, but it shouldn't be too much work. We are so excited and I can't wait until I get to start decorating and have my own kitchen again! Yay! I can't decide if I should go more beigey on the walls or more grayish taupe on the walls let me know what you all think.

That is so cool! I'm so happy that you are down here. congratulations:) We definately need to hang. Our girls can be pals. We are moving to SC while our house is being remodeled, this month, for about a year so we will be around.
oh how exciting that you guys are getting your house!! your getting me so excited too! good luck with all the decorating, that will be fun i love that part. i cant wait to be able to paint with different colors in different rooms!!
