I watched a c-section video yesterday, it was CRAZY! No wonder you are sore. I just wanted to know exactly what was going to happen, it is kinda crazy. But still so cool that doctors are able to do this stuff! You can watch it to, but warning, it is NOT for anyone who is afraid of blood. I watched it and think that it is awesome, but I am weird. So anyways click
here, but I am warning you!

I can't wait to watch it. But before I do, I've got two great videos and you're welcome to watch them. Thanks for posting this. I'm excited to see what it looks like for someone else.
Hoooooly cow. I can't believe you watched that before having one. That was crazy. I guess mine has more moving around so you don't really see everything front and center.
I am so excited for you. I've obviously never had a baby the "normal" way so I always feel a little connection with my c-section buddies. You're going to do great.
ewww..... I am going to pass, thanks for the warning just not for me! I think that is awesome that you are ok with it!! I would be TERRIFIED if i had to get a c-section because of how uncomfortable I am with the whole thing. I would probally be asked to be put out for the entire thing. I'll just see the baby later, how sad! Your awesome brave lady! I miss you I haven't seen you in FOREVER!!!! xoxo lisa
Of course, I've only ever had one baby so I don't know the other side, but I've been told the recovery on a c-section is much worse. I think that must be true! I thought I was kinda getting the easy way out by having to have a c-section, but there was nothing easy about it :) Best of luck to you! You'll be in our prayers ;)
After my 3rd degree tear from having my first 9pound baby and dealing with that recovery, I thought for sure I wanted a c-section for any future kids (lol) but my births/recovery has gotten easier with each kid and even though I have bigger babies, I've avoided c-sections. My mom had all C's with her kids and had great experiences. So have a few of my friends. I know you will do just fine Brooke. You are in good hands.
That video is amazing though. Crazy what they are capable doing, and I wouldn't be alive without my Mom's emergency c-section...so obviously I'm grateful for them! :)
good luck brooke! c-sections are definitely amazing in their own way-- olivia was out in like 2.5 seconds! crazy what they can do in the OR when they need to. it will go great! i can't believe you'll have 2 little girls on your hands soon.
I remember watching that same video after having Thatcher to know what all happened during surgery. I think its pretty amazing! Good luck with the c-section, you'll do great!
I'm glad I'm sitting down...at least your little baby's head will be perfectly round!
You are so stinkin amazing for going through all this with such an amazing attitude. I can't believe how fast all this is coming up. Can't wait for your little one to arrive. I wish I could plan the day mine's going to arrive.
That video was amazing! Obviously, I know what happens with a c-section, but to really SEE it was pretty cool. All I know is having a c-section is not the "easy way out"! Good luck with everything!
my life is forever changed.
