Headboard love

We got a new king sized bed because our other queen just was not cutting it, I am talking horrible backaches and many trips to the chiro. So we got the bed but then when I was searching for headboards I was floored by the $700 price tags ouch! So I googled "diy nailhead trim headboard." and it was honestly one of the easiest projects I have done to date. Here is the link of the tutorial I used and I followed it exactly and man oh man it was easy.

Here is the breakdown of cost

-5/8 inch plywood cute to 80x41 - $17
-nailhead trim kit - $25
-fabric - $22
- batting - $ 8
Total..............................................$ 72
