Lexington and DC

After OBX we went to my grandparents house in Lexington, VA. It is incredibly beautiful there. They live really close to three universities, Washingotn and Lee, VMI, and Southern VA university. It was so fun to have some time with them to make some great memories.

On Sunday we went on a drive to see the blue ridge mountains, it is amazing that they really do look blue.

After a few days there we decided to go up to DC. Oh man it was SO hot, but I love that city so much. We walked about 5.5 miles with these two little champs and an unbrella stroller, I have to say that is talent.
This is how we got around the city. Not even joking Reese was the biggest champ of the day and deserves a prize!

Ok moment of silence.....my girls and I on the Lincoln memorial steps, honestly this was a dream come true for me to be there with my little family. That place is so spiritual it is awesome.
