So on tuesday morning i woke up and I could barely move my left arm. i decided to go to the chiropractor and see if he could fix it, and to no avail. So I went back the next day, yesterday, and I felt like I was on the upside, oh was I wrong! I think that last night I honestly got 2.5 hours of sleep. It was horrible! I could not get comfortable, i mean i am talking worst pain i have ever been in ever in my life. worse than labor pains. I would have had a baby all over again to not have had to deal with the pain last night. This morning I was in so much pain, I went to our doctor friend's house and he gave me a shot to numb the pain a little and a cortizone shot, hopefully it will help, but this has been the worst pain of my life. i hope that this shot works, seriously everyone pray for me that i will get relief and be able to sleep a little today and tonight. i know i sound like a baby but this seriously bites the big one!

What a bummer girl. Hope you are feeling better. That was fun today at the park. Funny running into you at the mall. We should actually plan that sometime!
