No I am not going to Europe, unless my husband is brewing the most amazing/surprising Christmas present EVER. But knowing our Christmas budget, I am 100% positive that will not happen. One of my favorite shows on TV is "Passport to Europe." I think that if I was not married and had no children her job would be my dream job to top all dream jobs. She gets paid to travel all over Europe and now Latin America and stay in awesome hotels and discover all the places that she goes to. The show is on everyday from 1-2 it is only 1/2 hour so it is back to back and let me tell you, I am loving every minute of it. Right now she is in Amsterdam, hello amazing. She seems like the coolest person. I really think if we met in real life we would be best friends immediately. She is sooooooo awesome!
I have never been anywhere, not even Mexico and I grew up like 4 hours away! If I could choose anywhere in the whole world to go, it would be London, with Paris following in as a close second. I like to live in a dream world, but realistically I might never get to Europe until I am pushing 50 when all my kids are gone and grow and my wallet is a little more thick than it is right now. But I can still dream. I am like Anne of Green Gables and I live my adventures through my books (and the TV). So for now, here's to you Samantha Brown, I am jealous of your travels and at least I can live through your adventures and dream away that I am walking down a cobblestone street of Paris, or strolling through the English countryside with you. Have you ever been to Europe? If you have, was it amazing and wonderful? please say yes!

Sorry to use your email account to do a post, but as you know I don't have a gmail account. I just wanted to say that even though you have a cheap and poor husband you really do deserve a dream vacation to Europe. I never do posts on your blog, but especially while working late tonight I wanted to tell you how grateful I am for the wonderful mother and wife you are (even when your husband is working annoyingly long hours). You really are the best. You make me so happy. I hate to imagine my life without the joy that you bring into it. I hope to grant you your dream vacation some day.
I love you Boo.

I want to go to Europe so bad! It's always been a dream of mine...fortunatley it's one of my husbands too....but just like you...we are on a strick budget. So that dream is put on hold. Ps...I need your phone number!

I have been to Europe and it's fabulous. You are right on about London. You would love it...you'd fit right in there. I only spent a couple days in Paris and I loved it. I'll tell you some fun stories sometime. I am with Summer...let's have a girls trip there soon.
AND, Bret is so cool. What a sweetheart. You guys are so gushy and I LOVE IT!!!!!
That would be a lot of fun! It is hard to travel when you have kids--specially europe. Its so expensive! I am sure you will get your dream one day. I will check out that show!
