Its seems like skinny is everywhere we look. Skinny girls, skinny jeans, skinny pants, skinny skinny skinny. But guess what is big for fall in a BIG way? Thats right a nice flare trouser jean is making a comeback and it can't come fast enough. Don't worry skinny is still BIG in skinny way but according to Piperlime and a host of other websites and stylists, The 1970s special is back. So I went on the hunt. I LOVE LOVE LOVE a nice trouser jean with some heels, thats the key for me. And I went everywhere, nordstrom, anthropologie and a few other of my usuals and they all failed me! But guess what?Gap pulled through! I know what you are thinking the GAP? Now I love them for some khakis and t-shirts and cardis but for jeans I have kind of turned into a jean snob, but turns out that they hired a brand new jeans designer last year to specifically change the face of GAP denim. They now only exclusively purchase Japanese denim which is the kind all those designer jeans use and they fit so awesome! Plus right now all jeans are only $35! $35 down from $70! Are you serious! Run, don't walk to GAP right now.

When I got that e-mail from piper lime that said flare was back I seriously peed my pants from happiness. The skinny jeans fad has just not been a friend to "hippy" girls like me! I need me some flare to balance things out! Good to know Gap is the place to go!
